Promo Only offers both tangible and non-tangible goods. The products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable (whether downloaded or not). There are no refunds for tangible goods that have been shipped to you.
However, there are cases when a refund can be issued:
Where a subscription was purchased (for a tangible product), a refund will be processed for the remaining term of the subscription (that has not been shipped to you); Where a downloadable product was purchased, a refund will only be processed within 5 days of purchase assuming that nothing was actually downloaded; Where a subscription to a downloadable product was purchased, a refund will be processed for the remaining items in the subscription that are not yet available for downloading.
All requests to negate charges are investigated by our legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
Product returns (for tangible products) will only be accepted for defective items. No refund is available for defective items. The items will be replaced with a similar item, and, at our option, a similar product is the product is no longer available.
